The AIFP as an interest association of legal entities was founded, among other things, for the purposes of supporting the economic, legal and professional interests of its members and providing services ensuring these interests. In order to fulfill this purpose and to ensure the rights of its members, the AIFP must process personal data of the employees of its members. Personal data of the employees of the AIFP’s members are processed in order to provide information about the AIFP’s activity, to send information about the AIFP’s meetings and to organize these meetings.

- they contest the accuracy of their personal data, for a period enabling the AIFP to verify the accuracy of their personal data;
- the processing of their personal data is unlawful and they oppose the erasure of their personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
- the AIFP no longer needs their personal data for the purposes of their processing, but they request them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or
